Kimberly Sanchez, LMHC 
Owner, Kimina Counseling, LLC 

Kimberly Sanchez, LMHC is co-owner of Kimina Counseling, LLC. Kimberly earned her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College in 2009. She has been providing therapy in residential and outpatient settings for over a decade to adolescents and adults with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, complex trauma, attachment disorders, substance use disorders and mood disorders, among other issues.  Kimberly believes in a strength-based relational approach that reinforces therapy as a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore the underlying roots of their identified challenges and develop positive and effective strategies to cope. Kimberly enjoys using humor with her clients and believes that all people are doing the best they can in any given moment with the skills they have; and that unconditional positive regard is the foundation of a healing relationship. Kimberly uses Attachment, Regulation, Competency (ARC) as her primary model for treatment along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Kimberly is now focusing on EMDR and has completed EMDRIA approved basic training. She is currently working on EMDR certification.
Amina Mazzara, LMHC
Owner, Kimina Counseling, LLC 

 Amina Mazzara, LMHC is co-owner of Kimina Counseling, LLC. She earned her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College as well. Amina has a variety of experience treating adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, panic and other mood disorders using a solution-focused, goal-oriented approach. Amina believes in treating people as people; every individual brings a unique skill-set to the table that can be tapped into in order to make progress and achieve set goals. Amina ensures that every client has access to non-judgmental space to explore underlying issues as well as tackle every day concerns and set weekly-goals. No concern is too small and no issue is beyond treatment. Amina has spent several years using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people achieve goals and uncover and address underlying issues. Amina also has experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other approaches that are helpful instead of or in conjunction with CBT.
 Jessica Farr, LICSW

Jessica is a LICSW with over twenty years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families. Her approach is psychodynamic and I have a Fellowship in analytic training as well. My areas of focus are stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, depression, coping with life changes, attachment issues, blended family issues, body image, codependency, commitment issues, communication problems, control issues, divorce and separation, domestic violence, addiction, eating and food related issues, family of origin issues, family problems, guilt and shame, impulsivity, isolation, loneliness, life purpose, midlife crisis, mood disorders multicultural concerns, prejudice and discrimination social anxiety and phobia, psychotic disorders, Grief and Traumatic Grief, school based disorders and bullying. Jessica uses evidenced based treatment as well as poetry and literature to harness peoples' innate ability to heal. She believes in the psycho-spiritual growth of clients and also works with end-of-life issues as well. Jessica hopes to be able to assist you in your path to wellness.

March Kim, MA

March(she/they) believes that healing in relationship with one another is a critical prerequisite to our collective liberation and reimagined future. As a therapist, she hopes to create a space that promotes a sense of trust and safety where you can work collaboratively to remove barriers and gain tools to thrive throughout life’s various challenges. Their job is to support you in solidarity with humility and authenticity alongside an understanding of how our lived experiences shape us to be who we are. 
Humanistic, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive care is at the center of her therapeutic approach with each individual. She trusts you to be the expert of your own thoughts, feelings, and actions, and they bring an eclectic set of theories and evidence-based modalities to cater to each client’s unique needs and life stories. Her work is rooted in the liberation health model, relational-cultural theory, transformative justice, and consent culture.
They enjoy working with clients on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, managing stress related to school or work, relationship issues, and building effective coping skills, among other areas of focus. Her clinical experience includes working with college students, supporting partner abuse survivors, and educating people who cause harm. They particularly enjoy providing affirming care to people she share communities with such as queer, immigrant, people of color, polyamorous, and kink/BDSM communities. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, living with trauma, recovering from interpersonal and systemic violence, or simply looking to explore your emotions, they are here to support you in empowering your own path toward healing and growth.

   Jessica Fritz, LMHC
Jessica Fritz is a licensed clinical mental health counselor. Jessica earned her master’s  degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She has provided individual, group, and family therapy in outpatient settings supporting children, adults, and families with PTSD and trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, and attachment. Jessica believes everyone has intrinsic skills and strengths to bring into the therapeutic relationship and that therapy is a collaborative effort. She strongly values the therapeutic alliance, and her objective is to create a safe and supportive space to nurture growth and healing. Jessica is trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Jessica is currently working towards EMDRIA certification in EMDR. 


Katrina Bailey, MA, MFT

Katrina Bailey is an MA, MFT at Kimina Counseling, LLC. Katrina earned her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in 2016. She has been providing therapy in private practice, residential and outpatient settings for almost a decade to individuals, couples and families. Katrina works with clients experiencing grief and loss, complex trauma, attachment disorders, comorbid disorders, mood disorders, relational and family issues, anxiety, and parent education, among other issues. Katrina believes in evidence-based techniques with a systemic approach that reinforces therapy as a safe space for clients to explore the root cause of identified challenges and develop healthy and effective coping skills. Katrina believes in empowering individuals, couples, and family systems to identify strengths that can be used as tools in the healing process. She has worked with all age ranges, and uses an array of treatment modalities to include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Circle of Security, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and much more. 


Juliana Norton, MA 

Juliana Norton (She/Her) is a client-centered therapist who provides trauma-informed care when working with children, adolescents, and adults. She received her BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Advanced Trauma-Informed Concentration from Bay Path University. Juliana is CA NS Certified and has a passion for providing culturally competent and strengths-based care. Importantly, Juliana has a devotion to the LGBTQ+ community, especially those navigating gender identity exploration. 

Juliana has experience offering individual and group therapy services in intensive outpatient settings with substance abuse populations, including individuals with co-occurring disorders. During this time, Juliana specialized in treating adults enduring PAWS, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, depression, grief, ADHD, and various life transitions. She’s worked intimately with new parents as they navigate the complexities of postpartum. Within treatment, Juliana incorporates eclectic therapeutic interventions utilizing expressive art and writing techniques. Depending on the client’s needs, Juliana is comfortable employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)/Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy (NT). 

Juliana encourages clients’ self-discovery on their journey to health, stability, and contentment. In addition to her love for the mental health field, Juliana enjoys reading new fantasy novels, watching funny cat videos (while cuddling her two kitties), and baking homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Jessica Hoyos, MLADC, LADC-I

I earned my Masters in Mental Health counseling at Springfield College in Massachusetts. I am bilingual English/Spanish speaking therapist with 12 years of experience working in the field of addiction and co-occurring disorders. I have also worked extensively with youth and families over the years and enjoy working with teens.  I believe in the person centered approach and working together to build healthy coping skills.

Qualifications: I am a Master Licensed
Alcohol Drug Counselor (MLADC) and an Impaired Driver Service Provider (IDSP) in the state of NH. I'm also a Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor I (LADC I) in MA. 

Experience: I specialize in addictions (alcohol and other drugs), Anxiety, Depression and PTSD. 

Treatment Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Lea Rojas Otero, LADC-I, CADC II

Lea S. Rojas Otero is a Licensed and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, LADC-I & CADC II. Lea completed her Master’s Degree in Health Sciences in Substance Abuse Counseling in the “Universidad Central del Caribe” in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. After completing her Master’s Degree in 2016, she was recruited from PR to work in an Outpatient clinic in Brockton, MA. For the past 6 years Lea has been providing individual counseling for children, youth, adults & elders struggling with Mental Health and/ Substance abuse. In order to best support and help her clients, Lea utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral approach and frequently implements Motivational Interviewing techniques in order to assist her clients achieve their therapeutic goals. In addition, Lea is fluent in Spanish & English. Lea seeks to provide quality care to all of her clients and offers an open, non-judgmental safe space for clients to address and work on whatever aspect brings them to services. She is a firm believer of meeting clients where they are at in their journey and therapeutic process in order to best guide and support to where they want to be. Lea has experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, trauma, life stressors, grief, substance abuse, family conflicts, relationship dynamics, and/or clients that are seeking to improve their communication skills, learn how to better cope or simply problem solve a situation. Kristen Seaman, LMHC


Kristen Seaman is a licensed mental health therapist in both MA and RI. Kristen received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth. Kristen has 6 years of experience working with clients struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Kristen has spent her career working in group homes, crisis centers, and outpatient services. Kristen believes in working with individuals collaboratively to create meaningful change in the client's life.

She utilizes a strengths-based, humanistic approach to counseling and believes in unconditional positive regard. Kristen has certifications in Advanced Motivational Interviewing, is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), is certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Kristen uses other modalities when appropriate such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Kristen has experience working with adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders, among other issues. Kristen aims to provide individualized treatment based on the client’s needs and strives to create a non-judgmental safe space for them. Kristen believes that clients are the experts of their own lives and that a therapist can be helpful by assisting with providing clarity and helping to explore healthy coping skills. Kristen is a firm believer that people do the best they can with the tools they have at any given time, even when they are struggling. Kristen believes that with a strong therapeutic alliance, beautiful changes can happen in a person's life.

Kristen enjoys traveling, reading, rock climbing, and spending time outside. She has 3 orange tabby cats.


Olga Encarnacion, MC, LADC-I, CCTP


Olga Smith, MA, LADC-I, CCTP is a psychotherapist at Kimina Counseling, LLC. Olga earned her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Olga currently holds a License as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor – I (LADC-I) and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Olga provides individual, group, and family therapy for individuals of all ages. Olga has a history helping first responders, military personnel/veterans, as well as individuals in the criminal justice system. 

Olga believes in the person-centered approach and that the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative effort and endorses working on the personal and/or professional goals of the individual.  Her objective is to create a safe and supportive environment for everyone. 

Olga has worked for many years with individuals who suffer with addiction (i.e., substance use, gambling, and other addictive behaviors), depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, bipolar disorders and personality disorders. Olga uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing/ Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MI/MET), and is trained in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT); all which provide a platform to promote growth, healing, and recovery.  

Kimberly Masterson, LMHC


Kimberly Masterson is a licensed therapist (LMHC) who has 15+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Kimberly has extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, behavioral difficulties, self-esteem

issues, work/school difficulties as well as working with children, adolescents and adults with Autism. Kimberly tailors her approach to each client individually utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral

Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more. Kimberly provides a safe, respectable and comfortable environment for all of her clients. She

takes great pride in treating her clients with the utmost respect and building a strong therapeutic rapport based on honesty and integrity. Kimberly’s goal is to provide a supportive, non-

judgmental atmosphere in which together she and her clients can explore ways to help feel better

and recognize their true strengths and full potential!


Bonnie Manzolini, LCSW


Bonnie Manzolini, LCSW is a licensed therapist providing individual therapy at Kimina Counseling, LLC. Bonnie is a graduate of Boston University with a Masters in Social Work. Bonnie has provided services in a variety of settings including community based mental health treatment to youth and families as well as in individual outpatient settings. Bonnie uses an eclectic approach in treatment drawing from strength based, mindfulness, person-centered, solution focused and CBT approaches with clients. Bonnie believes in working collaboratively with clients and providing a safe and supportive environment. Bonnie provides psychotherapy for those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, difficult relationships, and low self-esteem.

Olivia Corfey, LMHC


Olivia Corfey (she/her) is a licensed therapist (LMHC) at Kimina Counseling, LLC. She earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Assumption University. Olivia’s compassionate and collaborative approach is grounded in the belief that clients are the experts when it comes to their own lives; thus working to meet clients where they are at and fostering resilience and skills to find new ways to connect, feel seen, heard and work through challenges. 


Olivia provides support using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and mindful self-compassion. Olivia provides individual therapy and has experience working with clients struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief and relationship difficulties. Olivia is passionate about offering unconditional positive regard in order to provide a safe, empathetic space to foster therapeutic alliance and hope.


Jennifer Vear, MA


Jennifer Vear is a Master's Level Clinician at Kimina Counseling, LLC. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University. With a focus on adult clientele, Jennifer's areas of specialization encompass a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, panic disorders, depression/mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, grief, and substance abuse. Jennifer employs evidence-based practices such as CBT, trauma-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. She firmly believes in the inherent worth of every individual's experience, striving to provide them with the attention, understanding, and guidance necessary to achieve their therapeutic objectives and enhance their overall quality of life.


Renee MacLean, LADC-I

Renee MacLean treats a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, OCD and depression.  She also has over 15 years experience helping people achieve recovery from substance addiction. Renee offers individual and couple's therapy utilizing Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior and Person-Centered Therapy helping patients to gain deeper insight, change negative behaviors, improve relationships, achieve desired recovery, reach their personal goals and improve emotional health. Therese Filardi, LICSW

Thérèse Filardi (Tracy), LICSW, is a psychotherapist at Kimina counseling, LLC. Tracy earned her BS in Industrial and Labor Relations, specializing in organizational behavior, at Cornell University and her Masters in Social Work at Simmons University.  Tracy has served communities in the Framingham and Worcester areas, North Shore, lower cape and Boston in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Tracy has experience treating adults with grief and loss issues, coparenting and family issues, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, relationship difficulties, and parenting and life transitions including divorce, loss and employment. Tracy utilizes a strengths based approach combining family therapies, cognitive behavioral therapies including MBT, psychodynamic therapies including self psychology, mindfulness and solution focused brief therapy based upon the client’s goals. Tracy applies ecological systems theory and works with individuals, couples and family systems.

Rosie O'Sullivan, LMHC

Rosie O’Sullivan is a licensed psychotherapist at Kimina Counseling, LLC. She is a graduate of Cambridge College with a Master’s in Counseling and Addictions. Rosie has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in inpatient, day treatment and community settings. Rosie has experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, substance use disorders, codependency, stress and grief. Rosie provides support to her clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), expressive therapy, trauma informed care, mindfulness, meditation, mindful self-compassion, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Rosie is also trained as an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist. Rosie is kind, warm, compassionate and down to earth and she is a great listener. Rosie has been on her own self-healing journey for many years and she likes to provide a safe, non judgemental environment where people feel safe to express themselves. Rosie uses a strengths-based, relational approach to meet the needs of her clients. Rosie collaborates with clients on their healing journey to overcome their struggles and find their way back to their true, authentic and vibrant selves.





     Lindsay Nagle, MS


Lindsay Nagle is a Master's Level Clinician at Kimina Counseling, LLC. They hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University. Lindsay has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in residential, school, and outpatient settings. Lindsay has worked with children as young as 4-years old, both in-person and remotely. They also have experience with family-based interventions and sessions. Lindsay has experience supporting individuals with Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, eating disorders, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, family conflict, and/or LGBTQ+ related issues. Lindsay uses a person-centered and strength-based approach in therapy. They draw from a variety of orientations such as CBT, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy. Lindsay varies their approach as needed to support each client’s unique circumstances and needs. Lindsay believes that everyone deserves access to a safe and supportive space where they can open up about their struggles and needs. Lindsay’s goal is to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create positive changes in their lives. Outside of work, Lindsay loves spending time with their dog, crafting, and doing any kind of Halloween related activity. 


Leidy Almonte, LICSW


Leidy Almonte, LICSW is a psychotherapist at Kimina Counseling, LLC. Leidy studied psychology and later earned a master’s degree in clinical social work at Rhode Island College. Leidy is bilingual, she is fluent in Spanish and English. She has 12 years of counseling experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults of diverse cultural backgrounds, using a variety of therapy modalities to meet the individual needs of her patients, including but not limited to trauma, depression, and anxiety. Leidy’s focus as a psychotherapist is to empower individuals to regain control of their lives to help them create a more fulfilling future for themselves. She uses a strength-based approach to help individuals identify their inner strengths and build upon these to create tools that can help them navigate and manage life stressors. 


Erin Gerrity, LICSW


Erin Gerrity, LICSW, earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and her BA in Psychology from Hamilton College. Erin has provided individual, family, and group therapy for six years in community mental health centers, inpatient hospitals, and in schools. In these settings, Erin has helped children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families navigate various life stages and challenges. Erin has experience working with individuals struggling with posttraumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, family conflict, mood disorders, anxiety, grief/loss, and substance use. She utilizes a variety of treatment approaches to help clients manage stressors and work towards their goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC). Erin utilizes a strengths-based, person-centered approach when working with individuals and believes deeply that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing. Erin values building a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship to help clients feel safe and comfortable as they work to overcome difficulties and achieve their goals. 




Jenielle Perkins, LCSW

Jenielle earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. She has experience working with several populations including individuals/families involved in foster care/adoption, special education/developmental disabilities, couples/families/parents managing increased stress, and individuals struggling with unmanageable anxiety/unresolved trauma. As a therapist, Jenielle is passionate about helping others process their history, unlearn negative behaviors, and retrain the subconscious mind to develop healthier habits. She uses her experience in foundational skills (CBT, DBT) to prepare clients for deeper work in examining relationships and changing patterns. Jenielle believes in a collaborative approach to determine therapeutic direction and redirection within the course of treatment. ï»¿


Savannah Melo, MA

Savannah is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2023. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2020. With a strong foundation in psychological theory and practical counseling skills, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges, improve mental well-being, and foster personal growth. She brings empathy, insight, and evidence-based approaches to her therapeutic work, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking guidance and healing.


With a focus on helping clients identify and change negative thought patterns, she empowers individuals to develop healthier coping strategies and improve emotional well-being. Her therapeutic approach combines empathy with practical, evidence-based techniques to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Committed to fostering personal growth, she provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and overcome their challenges.


Alana Davis, MFA

Alana Davis believes that trust and human connection is the center of our mental wellbeing. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Lesley University. Alana promotes a humanistic, person centered approach to counseling which includes forms of coping that are unique to every individual. 


Managing stress, depression, anxiety, codependency, communication, grief, shame and promoting strength in future responses are areas of counseling which Alana enjoys focusing on with clients. Navigating life changes is a natural and inevitable part of life which counseling support can help empower. With a foundation of respect, building trust and comfort within the therapeutic relationship is essential to reach a client’s full potential.


Alana strives to work with clients individually seeking tools they need to continuously grow through setting small concrete goals followed by an action plan. Using a behavioral approach in conjunction with holistic and creative practices, Alana positively encourages clients to forage their own path towards healing. Alana has some experience working with adults with substance abuse disorder and obtained a Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification. She also has experience using Motivational Interviewing, Non-violent Communication strategies, anger management therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Through an array of approaches, Alana seeks to build a safe space for clients to trust in their own therapeutic process. 


Dorothy Burr, LICSW

Dorothy is a Certified First Responder Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist-Sex Trafficking. She is trained in Brainspotting, "a powerful, focused treatment method that

works by identifying, processing and releasing core sources of emotional/body pain, trauma,

and a variety of other challenging symptoms."

Dorothy is client centered, strength-based, and uses a style of therapy that is eclectic resulting in sessions being individual for you and your issues. Areas of interest include anxiety, stress and trauma, depression and mood

disorders, grief and loss. Dorothy has experience working in the medical field as an LPN employed through the DOC

working at MCI's and for a hospital group in MA. She’s held positions as an on-call crisis social worker for area ED's and on the crisis team for city of New Bedford. Specialties include Brainspotting (BSP), trauma, domestic violence and grief.
